Draw one line with a finger or the mouse. When you let go, it falls as a solid wall, and the pet under it has to hold out until the countdown ends.
How to play
Back to the gameIn short
- Draw one line. When you let go, it turns into a solid wall and falls.
- Bees fly out of the hive towards the pet. The pet has to hold out until the countdown ends.
- The less ink you use, the more stars you get.
Goal
Keep the pet safe from the bees until the countdown ends. It lasts 7 seconds in the first ten levels and 10 seconds after that. In some levels the line has to bring two pets together, and a touch is enough. A meeting always has 8 seconds.
Drawing
- The line is drawn in one stroke. You can let go of the finger or mouse at any time before the ink runs out.
- You cannot draw through the ground, walls, spikes, rocks, hives or pets. The pen stops at them and the line carries on when you lead it around.
- You can draw over water. The line sinks in it.
- Once you let go, gravity acts on the line, so it falls, tilts or leans on something. Bees bump into it and can push it.
When it goes wrong
- A bee touches the pet. The bees never sting, the pet just hides and sulks.
- The pet falls into water or off the board, or touches the spikes.
- A falling rock touches the pet.
- In a meeting level, the pets do not touch before the countdown ends.
After a failed try, the Hint button shows one solution as a dashed line.
Stars and levels
- There are 30 levels. Every solved level earns at least one star, and less ink earns two or three. The limits are the marks on the ink bar under the board.
- Solving a level unlocks the next one. Your stars are kept in this browser, and with an account on your other devices too.
Daily rescue
Every day brings one new level, the same for everyone. You have 5 tries. A rescue on the first try gives 500 points and each further try 100 fewer. On top of that you get a point for every percent of ink left. Tries count even if you quit or close the game: when you come back, you carry on with the next try. The first finished Daily rescue goes to the leaderboard, later games are practice. A new level starts at midnight Central European time.
Controls
- Touch and mouse: put your finger or press the mouse button on the board and drag. When you let go, the line is done.
- Keyboard: move to the board with Tab. The arrow keys move the pen, faster with Shift. Space or Enter starts and ends the line, Esc cancels a line you are drawing.
- Try again restarts the try. In the Daily rescue, a try counts in full once you let go of the line.
