Answer against the clock: a correct answer earns points and a quick one earns extra. We checked every question against a source.

How to play

Back to the game

In short

  • Every question has four answers and exactly one is right. Tap it or press 1 to 4.
  • A correct answer is worth 500 points plus up to 500 more depending on how fast you answer. A wrong answer scores nothing.
  • Whoever has the most points at the end wins.

How a question works

First the question and the answers appear so everyone has time to read them. Then the countdown starts (10, 20 or 30 seconds, as set) and only then can you answer. When everyone has answered or time runs out, you see the right answer, the points and the standings. The next question comes by itself after a moment, or straight away when you tap Next question.

Ways to play

  • Solo: questions as set, against the clock.
  • Daily quiz: ten questions, the same for everyone, once a day. A daily quiz in progress cannot be restarted, only continued, and the question timer keeps running during a break. You can share your result.
  • Against the computer: one to three computer opponents answer alongside you. The easy one is often wrong, the hard one rarely and answers fast.
  • Several players on one device: two to six players take turns and each gets the same number of their own questions. Before each question the player whose turn it is takes the device and taps Show the question.
  • With friends using a code: the host creates a room and the others join from their phones with the code, a link or the QR code. Up to 50 players can play. If someone leaves during the quiz, their points stay in the standings and nobody waits for them. The host can turn on the shared screen: a TV or computer then shows the questions and standings and the host does not answer. In kids mode there are at most 8 players, the host lets each one in and the quiz uses children’s questions only.

Questions

The topics are nature, geography, Czech and Slovak history, science, sport, fairy tales and kids, and food. You can choose all of them or just some, the number of questions, the difficulty and the time to answer. The Children’s questions only switch keeps questions that younger children understand. Questions you played recently come up last.

We wrote every question ourselves and checked the answer against a source, most often Wikipedia in Slovak, Czech or English. If you find a mistake, let us know through the contact form.

Controls

Pick an answer by tapping, clicking or with the keys 1 to 4 (or A to D). Tapping an answer while the question is being read does not count yet, and the game tells you why. When the quiz ends you get a review of all questions with the right answers. A quiz in progress is saved and continues from the question where you stopped.
